The rental fee varies based on the number of hours, date, and any premium services you decide to include. Base rental fee includes the rental of the venue, tables, and chairs.
Your safety is our responsibly. Our certificate of occupancy allows for 50 guests.
To preliminary secure your date, please use the booking tool above. You can pay the deposit or full amount online using a credit card. We also allow cash/check payments, but payment must be received, and cleared, within 7 days of booking to secure the date.
Candles are welcome, but must be in a protective glass such as a votive. Open flames are prohibited. Sterno cans for chafing dishes are allowed. Absolutely NO fireworks of any kind allowed on property.
No smoking is permitted in the facility or within 10 feet of any entrance.
Just one, nothing permanent. You are welcome to decorate the facility to fit your needs with any decorations that can be removed, without any harm to the venue. No nails, staples, tapes, or glues that leave a sticky residue.
All items brought in by you, your vendors, or your guests will need to be removed. All the tables should be cleared, with only the linens remaining. The kitchen and bar should be free of food and beverages and wiped down. After all of the trash is gathered, the trash bags should be placed in the dumpster provided on the property.
To maintain a positive experience for all events, your booking timeslot is all-inclusive. You are able to enter the property at your rental start time and must be off-site by your end time. Accommodations may be made if you are renting the property for the entire day.
